Policarpo "Paul" Banda, 62, of Denton, Texas passed away on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at his home. He was born in Hereford, Texas to Policarpo and Susana (Fabella) Banda on August 1, 1958.

Paul enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was a lifelong country music fan. He was employed with Tetra Pak in Denton and worked as a fork lift driver. Paul married the love of his life, Dianna Gayan, in Paradise, Texas on March 25, 1983. He and Dianna went on to raise four children together.

He is preceded in death by his parents PC and Suzanne Banda, brother Albert and nephew, Christopher Lozano.

Paul is survived by his wife of 38 years, Dianna Banda, children Richardo, Nicole, Steven, Staci and 6 grandchildren.

A visitation will be held at DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton, Texas on Monday, June 14, 2021 from 5-7:00 P.M. A graveside service will be at Cottondale Cemetery in Cottondale, Texas on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Buddy Owens officiating.
