Pauline Zabojnik Drozd, born September 1, 1932, went home to her Lord and her husband, Louis B. Drozd, Jr., on November 28, 2019. She was known as Polly to her family and friends. She is survived by sons Mike and wife Brenda Drozd, Tommy and wife Bridgett Drozd and Dean and wife Caroline Drozd. Her life was blessed with nine grandchchildren, Alyssa and husband Vaughn Whittle, Kristin and husband Chris Wiatrek, Michael Drozd and Thomas, Jonathan, Timothy and wife Savannah and Daniel Drozd and Natalie and husband Ellis Lowe and Dylan Drozd. Seven great-grandchildren blessed her life, Weldon, Taylor and Avree Whittle, Cole and Clayton Wiatrek and Paxton and Pearce Lowe. She was preceded in death by one son, Dennis Drozd and her beloved Louis.

Polly was born in Alma, Texas. She met the love of her life and married Louis on May 2, 1953. They shared 53 years together, working side by side in their family business and raising four sons in Lake Dallas, Texas. She was involved in her family church, Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Denton, Texas.

Polly will be missed by all. Her life will be celebrated on Monday, December 2, 2019. A Rosary will be held at 10:00 a.m. at DeBerry Funeral Directors, 2025 W. University Dr., Denton, Texas 76201. At 11:00 a.m. there will be a Mass at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 2255 N. Bonnie Brae, Denton, Texas 76207 followed by a graveside service.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lake Cities Education Foundation to the Louis B. Drozd, Jr. Endowment Fund.
