Ramona Hirschi Hartfield, 84, of Denton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 05, 2012 with her family present. She was born on January 26, 1928 in Rockville, Utah to Heber Hirschi and Evelyn Langston Hirschi. She married Paul L. Hartfield in Buffalo, NY on September 14, 1949. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Ramona is survived by her daughters, Gail Gray and husband Bill; Cheryl Hueber and husband Jim; son, Gary Hartfield and wife Nan; sister, Evelyn Merrill; brother, Craig Hirschi; 7 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild. She was the fourth of nine children. She is preceded in death by her husband and her parents.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 11:00 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1801 Malone St., Denton, 76201. There will be an interment service in Rockville, Utah at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Diabetes Association, the American Heart Association, or the Susan B. Coleman Foundation.
