Raymond Eisenbeis, 81, of Lake Dallas, passed away on Monday, April 23, 2012. He was born on April 7, 1931 in Burnstad, ND, to George Eisenbeis and Emma Mae Fischer Eisenbeis. He proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He married Rachel Nettleton in Denton in 1990 and was a member of the Willowwood Church of the Nazarene. He worked for many years in management at Boeing Electronics. He was a project manager on many vital aeronautics and military projects.
Visitation will be on Friday, April 27, 2012, from 6-8 pm at DeBerry Funeral Directors. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 11:00 am at the Willowwood Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Mark Ramsey officiating. The family will receive friends following the service with a private burial conducted at Swisher Cemetery in Lake Dallas.
Ray is survived by his wife, Rachel; daughter, Kerri Poling and husband Travis of Clayton, NM; sons, Scott Stephens and wife Julie of Dalhart, TX, and Brian Stephens and wife Leanna of Justin, TX; sisters, Violet Ulmer of Federal Way, WA and Doris Seefried of Ellendale, ND; brother, Delmar Eisenbeis of Rochester, WA; 7 grandchildren; and beloved nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents.
