Raymond Randall Krueger, 81, peacefully passed away at his home in Valley View, Texas on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, surrounded by his children and grandchildren.  Raymond was born on the family farm in Valley View Texas to Arthur Krueger and Martha Kroening on August 23, 1940.

Raymond married the love of his life, Athlee, on October 11, 1962, in Gainesville Texas.  Raymond and Athlee were rarely seen apart and went fondly by Dadah and Granny since 1985.  Raymond retired from Morison Milling June 2009 with 48 years of memories and fond friendships.

Raymond lost the love of his life June 6, 2020 and each day since, never missed a day to have a cup of coffee and eat a donut while discussing various events at her resting place.  He dearly missed her and passed his time by playing unnumerable games of marbles and cards with his great grandchildren.  Over the last year and half Raymond enjoyed fulfilling his bucket list by moving to the family farm, taking his first road trip to see the ocean, staying in a beach house, playing marbles by the ocean, visiting every Buckee's from Denton to Freeport, gambling at a casino, camping at lake Ray Roberts, and fishing from a boat.

He is survived by his sons; Raymond Krueger Jr of Denton, Texas, Tommy Krueger and wife Shannon of Valley View, Texas; grandchildren Ashley and Justin Miskell, Tommy and Demetria Krueger Jr; great grandchildren Emorie, Kanton, Laurisa, and Dominic.

He is preceded in death by his wife Athlee, mother and father and brothers Eddie and Herbert, and sister Nina.

Visitation will be held at DeBerry Funeral Home from 5PM to 7PM on Monday, December 27, 2021. A graveside service will be held at 1PM, Tuesday at Valley View Cemetery.
