Beloved wife and mother Regina Ruth Rice Richards, 62 of Corinth, passed away at home on December 9, 2023 to be with our Lord. She was born December 25, 1960 in Norman, OK to Charles Anthony and Lois Margaret Higdon Rice. Regina attended Norman public schools and graduated from High School in Norman.

She married Steven Carl Richards on August 26, 1988 in Norman, OK. Together they celebrated 35 wonderful years of marriage. They are members of the St. Mark Catholic Church in Argyle.

They raised three beautiful children together, and being a mother was the pride and joy of Regina's life.

Regina is an accomplished author, publishing books such as "Blood Marriage" and "The Blue Breeze." She was also an avid explorer, visiting sights all over the United States with her husband in their RV and adventuring across Europe.

A funeral Mass will be held 10:30 am, Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at St. Mark's Catholic Church with Fr. George officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton.

Regina was predeceased by her parents, Charles Anthony and Lois Margaret Rice, and her brother Charles (Chuck) Rice.

Regina is survived by her husband, Steven Richards of Corinth, and her children, Charlie Richards, Keith Richards and his wife Samantha, and MollyMarie Richards. She is also survived by her siblings, Fred Rice, Chris Rice, Adele Countryman, and Joe Rice, as well as numerous siblings-in-law, cousins, nieces and nephews.
