Rhea Highfill, age 98, passed away on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at the Vintage Health Care in Denton. She moved into the Vintage independent living facility in 2007 and moved into the nursing home during the last 6 months. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Highfill in 1984. Before moving to Denton, she lived most of her life in Wichita, Kansas.

Survivors include one son, Ron Highfill and his wife, Millie, two granddaughters, Holly Modica and Terri Koehler, and two great grandchildren, Hannah and Hayden.

Graveside services and burial will be at the Old Mission Wichita Park Cemetery in Wichita, Kansas on Friday, October 10, 2014 at 1:00 P.M.
