Obituary
Richard Burton Hale 77 of Sanger passed away Friday afternoon, November 15th, 2013 at his residence. He was born September 24, 1936 in Dayton, TN to Alec and Laura Swafford Hale.
He graduated from Rhea County High School. He married Sandra Lee Douglas here in Denton.
He was retired from the Ranger Boat Company in Flippin, Ark. He was a member of the Hillcrest Baptist Church.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
He is survived by; his wife, Sandra Lee Hale of Sanger, 2 daughters, Kim Epting of Saint Jo, Teresa Hale of Timbo AR, 3 sons, Kurtis Quilhot of Sanger, Dallas Hale and Jeff Hale both of IL, 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Kathryn Batrous, and 4 brothers, Bill, Bob, David and Jack Hale.
