Rick V. Daniel, 64, of Denton, went to be with the Lord on Friday July 28, 2017 in Denton, Texas. He was born on October 8, 1952 in Denton, Texas to J.R. and Wanda (Godi) Daniel.

Rick is survived by his mother, Wanda Daniel, sister, Tammy and husband Gary Sweatman, niece, Stephanie and husband Justin Waide, niece, Tiffany Sweatman, nephew, Troy and wife Lacey Sweatman all of Sanger.

He is preceded in death by his father, J.R. Daniel.

Visitation will be held an hour prior to the funeral service at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday August 5, 2017 at Freedom Life Church in Sanger, Texas, with services following at 11:00 A.M. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton.
