Richard "Ricky" Jerrell Cope, 49, of Lewisville passed away peacefully with his family by his side Friday, May 25th, 2012 at the Medical Center of Lewisville. He was bon July 19, 1962 at Harris Hospital in Fort Worth, TX. He attended Woodrow Wilson Elementary School in Denton and Lewisville High School. He was a Sales Representative for Krestmark Window Company in Lewisville.

Ricky is survived by his parents, Jan Burns of Lewisville and Bob and Cecile Cope of Justin, daughter, Summer Elizabeth Cope of Lewisville, son, Austin Donovan Cope of Lewisville, sisters, Melinda Cope Hall of Plano, Carrie and Sam McMurry of Peachtree City Georgia and preceded in death by Amy Yvonne Cope, brothers, Robert "Robby" Cope of Corinth, Christopher and wife Alana Cope of Justin, granddaughter, Aubree Nicole Castro, 13 Cousins and 13 Nieces and Nephews.

Ricky will indeed be remembered for his immeasurable love for his precious children Summer and Austin and his new granddaughter, "Baby Bree".

The family will be at DeBerry Funeral Directors on Tuesday night, May 29th from 6 to 8:00 P.M. for Visitation. Graveside Services will be Wednesday, May 30th at 2:00 P.M. at the Medlin Cemetery in the Trophy Club, Texas with Pastor Woody Godbey officiating.
