Robert "Bob" Allen Sweatman, 52, of Denton passed away December 10, 2016 in Denton, Texas. He was born July, 6, 1964 in Denton, Texas to Charlie Mack Sweatman and Francis Geneva Strange. Bob married Melanie Kay Watson at the First Assembly of God Church in Denton on December 14, 1991. He is preceded in death by his parents Charlie Sweatman and Francis Kincaid.

Funeral services for Bob are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Freedom Life Church with Rev Gary Sweatman officiating. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M. Interment will be at Bolivar Cemetery immediately following the funeral. Pallbearers will be Tory Sweatman, Tony Sweatman, Geary Watson, Steve Watson and Stefan Short.

Bob is survived by his wife Melanie Sweatman, daughter Joyce Short, son Joshua Sweatman, brothers Gary Sweatman, Tony Sweatman, Chuck Sweatman, and two grandchildren.
