Robert "Bob" Martin Canuteson passed away in Denton, Texas on Wednesday, June 12, 2024. He was born in Meridian, Texas to Ovie and Juanita Canuteson on October 5, 1944. He attended North Texas State University (UNT) until joining the United States Air Force in 1968. After serving his country, he finished his Industrial Arts degree while working at Victor Equipment Company.

Bob had a special connection with each of his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He enjoyed loving on them and watching each one excel in their sports and other activities.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife Sandra Canuteson, son Jim Canuteson and wife Monica of Denton, son Chris Canuteson of Denton, daughter Amy Cooper and husband Craig of Pilot Point, and daughter Andrea Clark and husband Rod of McAllen. He has seven grandchildren Cody Canuteson, Cole Canuteson and fiancee Jadyn, Lily Cooper, and Iona, Owen, Liv, and Neil Clark. He also has two great-grandchildren Max and Maura Canuteson.

Funeral Services will be held at DeBerry Funeral Directors at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, June 15, 2024 with a visitation to begin at 1:00 P.M. Bob will be laid to rest at Pilot Point Community Cemetery following the service.
