Robert Dwayne Cudd passed away Thursday, September 17, 2020 in Denton, Texas. He was born in Aubrey, Texas to Jim and Jewel Cudd on July 17, 1934. Robert married the late Elaine Cole Ashby on May 12, 1961. He was an avid Texas Ranger and Dallas Maverick fan, but above all, he enjoyed playing golf and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Robert is preceded in death by his wife, Elaine, parents Jim and Jewel Cudd, sister, Jimmy Fern Rogers, and granddaughter Jaime Buckingham.

Robert is survived by his daughter, Terri Jeter, and husband Tommy of Denton; sons Rusty Cudd and wife Christy of Dallas, Larry Ashby and wife Gail of Denton; sister Wilma Outenwreath of Las Colinas; five grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
