Robert Wayne "Bob" Ferguson, 80, passed away Saturday, April 5, 2025, at his home in Aubrey, TX. Bob was born November 11, 1944, in Covington, KY, to Robert William and Mabel Evelyn (Cole) Ferguson. Bob served in the US Air Force from June of 1963 to June of 1969. He married Georgia Ellen Adams on June 25, 1973, in Altus, OK. He retired from GTE in 1999. Bob went on to work for Nouveau Construction and Technologies until 2020. Most recently, Bob worked for O'Reilly's. In his spare time, Bob enjoyed hunting and outdoor activities with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Bob is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Mabel; son, Lee Ferguson; daughter, Deborah Brockett; and one brother, Greg Ferguson.

Bob is survived by his wife, Georgia Ferguson; brother, Darrell Ferguson and wife Jan of Pomona Park, FL; sister, Pat Lawrence of Burlington, KY; son, Joe Ferguson and wife Mindi of Aubrey, TX; granddaughter Amanda Hundley and husband Travis of Pilot Point, TX; granddaughter Morgan Brockett of Galveston, TX; granddaughter Lindsey Cook and husband Josh of Kilgore, TX; granddaughter, Emily Carter and husband Wyatt of Gilmer, TX; granddaughter, Cari Ferguson of Dallas, TX; granddaughter, Emma Ferguson of Aubrey, TX; grandson, Austin Ferguson of Denton, TX; grandson, Levi Ferguson of Denton, TX; grandson, Colt Ferguson of Aubrey, TX; great-granddaughter Ella Larin of Kilgore, TX; great-grandson Hank Hundley of Pilot Point, TX; great-grandson Samuel Cook of Kilgore, TX; great-grandson Cody Hundley of Pilot Point, TX; great-granddaughter Annie Carter of Gilmer, TX; great-grandson Remi Carter of Gilmer, TX; and great-granddaughter Alice Cook of Kilgore, TX.

A memorial service and visitation for Bob is Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 11:00 AM at DeBerry Funeral Home Chapel in Denton, TX.
