Obituary
Robert "Mike" Johnson of Aubrey, Texas passed away on May 1, 2015 at his home. Mike was born on February 27, 1947 in Denton, Texas to Thomas and Cora (Lawrence) Johnson.
Mike graduated from Denton High School and North Texas College. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and completed four tours of duty in Vietnam during the Vietnam War. He retired from Halliburton where he was a seismic engineer. He has traveled around the world twice in his lifetime. He loved to fish and spend time with his family.
Mike is survived by his daughter, Judy Johnson and fiancé, Ronny Allen of Aubrey; son, Robert Johnson of Denton, and three grandchildren, Mackenzie Allen, Heather Allen and Jordan Henderson, 20 other grandchildren that he considered to be his and several great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Cora Johnson, brothers Larry and David Johnson.
A private memorial service will be held by the family.
