Robert John Takach, 75, of Denton, Texas passed away in Denton on Saturday, February 19, 2022. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on September 10, 1946 to Andrew and Lilian Takach.

Robert attended schools in Ohio and later went on to FAA technical schools throughout his career with them. He served in the United State Navy from 1969 to 1975.

He met Carla and her daughter, Beth in Norfolk Virginia. The pair married on November 28, 1975 in Amarillo, Texas. They went on to have one  child, Robert Jr. They were devout Catholics, attending Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Denton.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents, beloved wife, Carla Ann Takach. He is survived by his children, Robert Takach Jr. and wife, Sandra and Beth Hampton and husband. Eric, four grandchildren, Robert III, Phillip, Erica and Emily.

A memorial mass will begin at 4:30 PM on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
