Robert B. Whisenhunt, 89, of Moore, OK, passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2016. He was born April 12, 1926 in Greenville, TX to Marion Sarquin Whisenhunt and Opal Esther Hinkle. He married Eva Joan Price in Paducah, TX on March 19, 1944. He worked in construction and as an electrician.

Robert served in the U.S. Army for two years. He was in the Korean War. He enjoyed working with tools and making various crafts and projects.

Robert is survived by his two daughters Elaine Conner of Moore, OK and Darlene Rutledge of Moore, OK, two brothers Ben Whisenhunt and Charlie Whisenhunt, four grandchildren Melody, Brian, Joaneva, and Kenny, two great grandchildren Brittany and Dalton, two great great grandchildren Hannah and Hailey.

Visitation will be Saturday February 6, 2016 from 10 A.M-12 P.M. at the DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton, TX. Graveside service will follow Saturday February 6, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at Jackson Cemetery on Krum, TX.
