Roger Alvin Pierson, 81, passed away Monday June 17 at his home. He was born on December 3, 1937 in Ottawa, Illinois to Alvin and Nell Pierson.

He is preceded in death by his sister Phyllis and his parents. He is survived by his wife Barbara of 59 years of marriage and his 3 children and 6 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, June 21, 2019 with interment to follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton, TX.
