Roland T. Gomez, 51 of Denton, Texas passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2019 in Carrollton, Texas. He was born on September 13, 1967 in Sequin, Texas to Manuel Gomez and Estella Tovar Munoz. He married Anita Rodriguez in Denton, Texas on March 9, 1985.

Roland is survived by his loving family, mother, Stella Tovar Munoz, wife, Anita, daughter, Monica Muniz and husband Adan, son Roland Daniel Gomez and wife, Mandi, brothers Manuel Gomez, Danny Gomez and five grandchildren, Kiersten Moss, Lyna Muniz, Roland Gomez III, Mia Muniz and Adan (AJ) Muniz.

He is preceded in death by his father, Manuel Gomez.

The family will receive friends on Monday, July 29, 2019 from 6:30 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. with Rosary said at 7:30 P.M. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton.
