Roland "Scott" Whitlow, 44 of Mineral Wells, Texas passed on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 in Fort Worth surrounded by his loving family. He was born on January 18, 1974 in Grapevine, Texas to Ralph D'Wayne and Patricia Ann (Pryor) Whitlow. Scott married the love of his life Kimberly Wingate.

Scott enjoyed hunting and shooting. He was a proud Sailor of the US NAVY. He remained a Sailor at heart until he left this earth. He often said he would re-enlist today of the NAVY called him. Scott had such a strong spirit and a huge heart. He loved the Lord and thanked him so often for always allowing him to provide for his family. He was so blessed to be loved by so many friends. He was probably one of the most "witty" men you could ever meet. He loved to make everyone laugh.

Scott is survived by his wife and High School Sweetheart, Kimberly Whitlow, sons, Justin Whitlow from Fort Worth and Shane Whitlow from Mineral Wells, mother, Patricia Whitlow, sister Tanya Yaw and brother, David Whitlow, of Garland and grandson, Colin J. Whitlow. He is preceded in death by his father, Ralph Whitlow

Interment services will be held for Scott Whitlow at 10:15 am on  April 11, 2018 at the Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas with the US NAVY officiating.
