Ronald Lee Chism, 87, of Roanoke, passed away Thursday, September 26 in Grapevine.

He was born November 20, 1936 in Denton to Jehu and Reba Chism. After graduating from Krum High School, he served in the United States Army from 1958 to 1960. He was a loan officer at Employees Credit Union in Dallas for over 20 years and retired in 2005. He loved fishing and camping with his son and brothers and watching the Rangers, Astros, Stars, and TCU.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Flo. His son Ron, wife Claudia, and their son Enzo of Fort Worth, his brother Olin and wife Sue of Irving, his sister Sharon Brazeal of Weatherford, and brother Jim and wife Brenda of Krum.

He was preceded in death by his brother Joe and his twin brother Donald.

Graveside service will be Monday, September 30th at 1:00 at Jackson Cemetery in Krum. Visitation will be at the cemetery one hour before the service.
