Ronald George Cornell, Sr., 75 of Denton passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at his residence. He was born October 9, 1936 in Grubville, MO to George Preston Cornell and Helen Francis Martin Cornell. He married Dorothy Kathleen Neville in St. Peters, MO in 1974. He served in the U.S. Air Force, had retired from Ozark Airlines and was a member of Denton Bible Church.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 14, 2012 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at DeBerry Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be Friday, June 15, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. in the chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors with Rev. Al Camp officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.

He is survived by his wife Dorothy Cornell of Denton; daughters, Kate Weld, January Hubbard and Connie Williams; sons, James Cornell, William "Bill" Cornell, Richard Cornell and Ronald "Ronnie" Cornell, Jr.; brother, Gene Cornell of Warrington, MO; 14 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and 2 sisters.
