Roy Dale Parks passed away on March 19, 2025, at home in Joshua, Texas. Roy was born on June 3, 1962 to Eckle and Joyce Parks in Dallas, Texas.  Roy was the oldest child of four and he was the only boy.

Roy is survived by two (2) sisters, Etta Mae Parks and Yvonne Parks, several nieces and nephews.  He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Judy Parks.

Roy was a simple man, whom loved life and was very thoughtful and caring to others.  Roy enjoyed watching Western movies and visiting with family and friends.  Roy had a great sense of humor and could make always make you laugh, putting a smile on your face.

We were truly blessed.

Roy's visitation is Tuesday, March 26, 2025 at DeBerry Funeral Home from 12:00pm - 1:30pm. A graveside service at Swisher Cemetery will be held at 2:00 following the visitation.
