Salome Luna Vega, of Sanger passed away on December 12, 2017 in Denton, Texas. She was born in Galeana, Nuevo Leon, Mexico to Constancio Luna Bernal and Manuela Perez Luna on October 22, 1958.

She married Silviano Vega on December 8, 1986 in Denton, Texas and was retired from the City of Sanger.

She was a very caring, sweet, and loving person with a huge heart. She was an amazing mother, wife, sister, aunt and friend who was always there for you no matter what the situation was and had a wonderful smile that would light up a room.

She is survived by her husband, Silviano Vega of Sanger, daughter, Sylvia Vega and her boyfriend Marcial of Sanger, sons, Gerardo Vega and wife Nicole of Sanger and Alberto Vega of Sanger.

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 18, 2017 from 6-7 PM, a rosary will be said at 7PM in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton, Texas. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Denton, Texas on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow at Sanger Cemetery in Sanger, Texas.
