Sandra Lee Hale, 74, of Sanger, TX, passed away on January 18, 2017, in Denton, TX. She was born on April 22, 1942, in Chicago IL, to Edward and Genevieve Douglas. Sandy was married to the love of her life, Richard Hale.

Sandy was a proud homemaker. Her family was her passion and her ultimate joy. She was also an avid scrapbooker, and an accomplished artist. She has gifted all of her family and friends with her exceptional oil paintings, which are greatly treasured by all of the recipients.

Sandy is survived by her daughter Kimberly Epting, her son Kurtis Quilhot, her grandchildren, Dustin Epting, Megan Epting and Tiffany Quilhot, her great-grandchildren, Madison Epting, Riley Epting, Dylan Quilhot and Devin Quilhot, her sister Cheryl Douglas, and several nieces and nephews.

Sandy is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Hale.

In a gathering of family and dear friends, a private celebration of the life of this cherished lady was held Saturday, January 21, 2017, at the home of her daughter in Saint Jo, TX.
