Sherry Lynn Turnage passed away in Gainesville, Texas on December 30, 2022. She was born in Denton to Tommy Walden and Bernice Leal on April 2, 1965. Sherry was a loving devoted mother and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her mother and father; Her husband, Eddie Turnage; Her son, Isaac Turnage; her sisters, Jan Collins, Doreen Johnson, and Lori Walden; and grandson Jason Haley.

Funeral services will be held at DeBerry Funeral Home in Denton at 2PM, Friday, January 6, 2023.

Sherry is survived by her children, Marty Walden, Jennifer Turnage, Jeremy Turnage, Jessica Haley, and Jamie Turnage; Her 13 grandchildren; Her stepdad, Poncho Leal; Brothers, Russell Walden and Scotty Leal and Sister Beverly Lefler as well as countless nieces and nephews!
