Shirley Ann Simpson- Bouchillon, 78, of Justin passed away on October 2, 2016 in Denton, Texas.
Shirley was born on October 25, 1937 to Joseph and Edna (West) Simpson in Van Buren, Arkansas.
She was a LVN for over 25yrs and worked at Crawford County hospital in Van Buren Ark for many years and retired from the VA Hospital, Dallas TX.
She is survived by her daughter, Deanna Turner & husband Terry, son Carl Waltermire, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She is preceded in death by her Son William (Bill) Massey, mother and father, sister, Midge Rogers, and brothers, Frank, Robert and Harold Simpson.
A graveside service will be held at Gill Cemetery in Van Buren, Arkansas on Saturday Oct 15th @ 10:00 A.M.
Under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren, Ark.
