Socorro Morris passed away Monday, April 26, 2021 at her home. She was born in Mexico to Jesus and Leonor Vega on November 13, 1949. Socorro enjoyed sewing, going to renaissance fairs, spending time with family as well as going to the boats(gambling). She also had a love of dancing, travel, and having a drink of her Coronitas. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM, Sunday, May 2, 2021 at DeBerry Funeral Directors.

Socorro is survived by her husband of 50 years David and her children Norma and Nathan(husband) Bernhardt and David Paul; and her sisters Hermelinda, Alicia, and Carmen and her brother Jesus.
