Stacy Lynn Webb, 50 of Lake Dallas passed away Thursday, April 8, 2021 at the Medical City of Denton.  She was born in Fort Worth, Texas on September 21, 1970 to David Lee Tharp and Carolyn Rozanek Tharp.  She graduated from Grapevine High School.

Stacy married Rex Webb, Sr. in 1998 in Decatur, Texas.  She was a Customer Service Associate at Walmart in Hickory Creek, Texas.

There will be a memorial visitation on Sunday, April 18, 2021 from 1-3:00 p.m. at DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton.

Stacy is survived by her husband, Rex Webb Sr. of Lake Dallas, her daughter Katie Dawn Webb of Lake Dallas, her son Aaron Daniel Webb of Lake Dallas, her granddaughters Chloe Lynn McLean and Alexus Marie Webb, step son Rex Webb Jr and step daughter in law Amanda Johnson of Warrensburg, Missouri, step daughter Brandi Danielle of O'Fallon, Ill. She is survived by sister Carrie Rozanek of Phoenix, Arizona and Great Uncle Earl (Boots) Tharp of Boyd, Texas. Brother in Law Tony Webb of Sanger, Texas.
