Stephen Shane Krahl left this world to rest peacefully in his Lord's arms on Tuesday, March 6 ^th , 2018. Shane was born on September 14 ^th , 1967 to Steve and Sherri Krahl.

Shane grew up in Gainesville, TX and graduated from Gainesville High School in 1986. He was the student body president and a member of the football, basketball and track teams. His athletic abilities led to a football scholarship at Texas A&M University. While at A&M he earned membership into the Texas Aggie Letterman's Association. Shane graduated from A&M with a BA in Communication in 1991. In January of 1992 he married his high school sweet-heart, Julie Broyles. Shane and his father Steve operated Krahl Insurance in Denton for over 20 years.

In his free time Shane enjoyed fishing, gardening, and spending time at the lake with his wife and children, Ginger and Levi. Shane will be remembered as a gentle soul with a compassionate heart.

He is preceded in death by his father, Steve Krahl.

Shane is survived by his wife, Julie, and their children, Ginger, 20, Levi 16, his sister Shawna Johnson, his step-mother Vickie Krahl and his mother-in-law Pat Broyles.

He will be missed by many aunts, cousins, and countless friends who had the joy of knowing him.

A memorial service will be held at Denton Bible Church on Friday, March 9, 2018 at 3:00 P.M.
