Obituary
Steven Frank Parks, 59, of Denton, passed away on Monday, April 29, 2013. He was born on June 29, 1953 in Dallas to J. Frank Parks and Carolyn Josephine Beard Parks.
He was a christian man, loved the Dallas Cowboys, and volunteered at Red Cross, the church, and the Salvation Army. He loved to go to the Jupiter House and to Starbucks. He scooted around town for nine years, loved Denton, knew many people, and had a lot of friends all over Denton and at the public library. He was a successful businessman and traveled the world over.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at 6:00 pm at DeBerry Funeral Directors.
Steven is survived by his daughters, Carolyn Jane Parks and Joy Ann York; sons, Jason Frank Parks, Andrew Joel Parks, and Frank Byron Parks; and brothers, Joel Andrew Parks and J. Roderick Parks. He is preceded in death by his parents.
