Arthur "Surrell" Boyd 95 of Krum passed away Saturday, September 26, 2020 in Waco, Texas.  He was born in Little Elm, Texas to Arthur and Katie Cagle Boyd. He married Nevada Parker Boyd who preceded him in death on December 9, 2018. He was a veteran of the US Army.

Surrell was a self made man adventuring in Farming, Ranching and the Gas and Oil Industries.

Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton with the Rev. Sam Redfearn officiating.

Surrell is survived by; a niece, Geraldine Ruff, nephew, Benton Surrell Boyd and several great nieces and nephews.
