Susan Beck Dobson passed away Friday, March 26th, 2021, after a 20-year battle with breast cancer. Susan was born November 9, 1959, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Fred and Mary Delle (Smith) Beck, and spent most of her life living in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She attended Hardin Simmons University, where she met her best friends, "The Deltas," and later attended and graduated from the University of North Texas, where she met her husband Charley. They were married June 5th, 1988, in Denton, Texas. Together they had three daughters, Hillary, Hannah, and Marydelle.

Susan was loved by many people. She was a generous person and would do anything for her family and friends. She spent several years volunteering for Metroport Meals on Wheels. Susan was the epitome of a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be greatly missed.

Susan is survived by her husband Charley Dobson and daughters, Hillary, Hannah (fiancé Brandon), and Marydelle; Granddaughters, Emerson and Josephine; Her siblings Debbie, and her husband Ron Kaiser; Doug Beck, and his wife Sonnie; as well as her nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Mary Delle Beck.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, from 5-7 p.m. at DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton, Texas.

A private family graveside service will be at Justin Cemetery in Justin, Texas.
