Akins
March 4, 1963 – August 21, 2021

She joined 3 older brothers in a large, happy family and grew up in Gainesville; after graduating from high school in 1981 she attended Texas Woman's University where she earned a BS in Elementary Education with a secondary in Special Education. She enjoyed her cats, walking outdoors to see butterflies and beautiful flowers, singing, poetry, chatting with friends on Facebook, and studying the Word of God.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Kenneth and Peter Richroath, and many other beloved friends and family.
She is survived by her aunt Ninfa Beck and brothers John and Mark Richroath, loving husband Robert Akins, and numerous nieces and nephews.
