Suzanne (Coe) Hetzer, 80, long-time resident of Sherman, Texas passed away peacefully on Friday, June 6, 2025 in Denton, Texas at Lake Forest Village Senior Living Community, where she had been living for six years with her beloved dog, Maggie. She was a brilliant and joyful soul, with a laugh that invited you in and a heart that never held back love. Her legacy is in the people she encouraged and the joy she sparked. Whether with a kind word, a thoughtful note, or a burst of unexpected humor, she valued making others feel uplifted and appreciated.

She also enjoyed archery, art history, and spending time with family and friends. Suzanne studied education at both Lamar University and Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas. Mrs. Hetzer was a passionate and kind teacher for over 30 years and retired from teaching in 2006.
