Thomas Joseph Nelson, 64, of Ponder, Texas, passed away on September 21, 2025, at his home. He was born in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin, on October 10, 1960, to Dell and Charlotte Nelson.

Tom retired from Bridgestone in January 2025. He would get up early to go fishing, waiting to catch the big one. He was a big sports fan between Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers and watching golf.

He is survived by his daughter, Amy Rybolt, and her husband, Randy; his sisters, Debra Young, and her husband Stewart; Colette Osborne, and her husband Paul; Cindy Jenkins; Sandy Draffen, and her husband Tommy; his brothers, Mark Nelson and wife Teresa; Keith Nelson and wife Dana; grandchildren, Tyler Yeck and Emily Rybolt; many nieces and nephews that he loved.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Angela Nelson.

In accordance with Tom's wishes, no services will be held. We appreciate your love and support during this difficult time.
