Thomas Erby Norman, 74, of Denton, passed away Monday March 28, 2016 at home. He was born February 11, 1942 in Lubbock, Texas to Erby Dee Norman and Linnie Era Exum Norman. He married Nona Gay McCall in Lubbock, Texas. He retired from Dallas Times Herald.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Nona Gay Norman of Denton, two sons, Jeffery Keith Norman and wife Debbie of Corinth, Texas, Gaylan Kip Norman and wife Candice of Arlington, Texas, one daughter, Michelle Dawn Barham, two sisters, Dorothy Looney of Abernathy, Texas and Juanita Bell of Lubbock, Texas, one brother, James Norman of Fresno, California, eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He enjoyed spending time with his family, working in the yard, and watching all sports.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be Wednesday March 30, 2016 from 6-8 P.M. at DeBerry Funeral Home. Funeral will be Thursday March 31, 2016 at 2:00 P.M at DeBerry Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton, Texas.
