IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Thomas Andrew
Nuñez
September 16, 1970 – February 26, 2025
Thomas Andrew Nuñez, cherished husband of Sandra, beloved father of Andrew and Ava, entered into eternal peace with God on Wednesday, February 26th, 2025. "Tom" as he was called by friends and family was 54 years old, born on September 16th, 1970, in El Paso, Texas to Tomas and Jesusita Nuñez. He was the eldest son and is survived by his younger brother, Joseph, mother Jesusita, beloved wife Sandra, and children Andrew and Ava. With joy we celebrate his reunion in heaven with his late father Tomas. Tom was an exceptional soul and talented man who loved music including playing and building guitars. Tom was artistic and a talented painter often creating beautiful art for those he loved. He was a passionate supporter and fan of Michigan Wolverines Football and the Miami Dolphins. He valued life and always took great care of his body and encouraged others to stay fit and eat healthy.
He attended Eastwood High School where he met and married his high school sweetheart Sandra. Tom and Sandra were married November 7th, 1997, in San Antonio, Texas. That same year, they moved to Dallas, Texas where they settled and built their family.
Tom was known for his integrity, work-ethic, and genuine love for his family, friends, and life. Tom was the cornerstone of the family: a loving husband and dad who provided unwavering love and support, as well as laughter and joy. Tom lived a full life, and he will be remembered for his generosity, wit, resilience, amazing sense of humor, devotion to his family, love for animals and strong belief in Christ. A funeral mass to celebrate Tom's life will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, March 14th, 2025, in the St. Kilian Chapel at St. Ann's Catholic Parish in Coppell, Texas. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service to honor him will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 15th, 2025, at the DeBerry Funeral home in Denton, Texas.
