Obituary

Thomas Ivan Perrine, 77 of Corinth, Texas passed away on February 9, 2024. He was born in Oil City, Pennsylvania on July 10, 1946, to Gilbert and Telena Perrine.


Tom graduated from Knox High School in 1964. He attended the University of Pittsburgh before being drafted into the United States Army in 1967, serving for 4 years during the Vietnam War.

He also attended Control Data Institute, leading to a 20 year career as an IT manager at Quaker State Oil Corp. bringing him to Texas in 1995.  He was also employed at Blockbuster and AT&T before finally retiring in 2008. Tom married Debbie Allio on February 8, 1969. They had 55 wonderful years together.

Tom enjoyed hiking, fishing and traveling to over 40 National Parks across the country. He was an avid golfer but woodworking was his passion. He made furniture for his family and heirloom toy boxes for his grandchildren along with many other items. He was a gifted handyman, he could fix almost anything.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie Perrine, of Corinth, Texas, daughters, Stacy Kabello and husband Edward of Flower Mound, Texas, Laura Hurst and husband Payton of Bartonville, Texas, and grandchildren, Grayson Hurst, and Emerson Hurst.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father.


A committal service will be held at the Dallas / Ft. Worth National Cemetery on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at 2:00 PM.
