Timoteo Zambrano of Forestburg, Texas passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2020 at the age of 97, Timoteo died peacefully at home surrounded by his beloved wife, Maria and their children.

Timoteo was born in Bluntzer, Texas on August 24, 1923 to parents, Jesus and Maria Zambrano. Timoteo worked at the Denton Country Club until his retirement in 2000.

He was preceded in death by his son, Thomas, his parents and his sibling.

He is survived by his wife, of 63 years, Maria Zambrano, son Tim and wife Kathy of Greenwood, Texas, daughter, Amelia and husband Tommy of Sanger, Tx., son Tony and wife Jodi of Pilot Point, son Robert and wife, Tammy of Wichita Falls, Texas, son Lupe of Denton and daughter, Melinda and husband David of Forestburg, Tx., along with 18 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

He was a hardworking man who dearly loved his family. He enjoyed gardening, fishing and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at DeBerry funeral Directors in Denton, Texas on Monday, October 5, 2020 from 5-7PM. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors at 10:00 AM.
