Timothy Patrick Baxter, 45 of Krum passed away on April 17, 2014 at the Zale Lipshy Hospital in Dallas. Tim was born in Quantico. VA to Richard H. Baxter Jr. and Linda C. Marcum Baxter. He married Lisa Michelle Small in Las Vegas on June 14, 2001. He was the Food and Beverage Director and Chief of Security at the Texas General Hospital.

There will be a memorial service Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors.

Tim is survived by his wife, Lisa Baxter of Krum, daughter, Christina Baxter of Krum, mother Linda C. Baxter of Denton, father, Richard H. Baxter Jr. and step mother Alice Baxter of WY, sisters, Maria Jones of Aubrey, Venessa Curtis of Colorado, Valerie Baxter of Alaska, brother, Richard Baxter III of WY, maternal grandmother, Mary Marcum of W VA, father-in-law, Robert Small of Krum.
