Tina Jean McCurley, 59, of Denton, passed away Sunday, January 17, 2016. She was born September 2, 1956 in Huntsville, AL. She was the daughter of Clinton Owen Wainwright and Lillian Beasley Wainwright of Denton. She married Roger Dean McCurley of Lake Dallas in August of 1991. She was the office manager of The Siddons Martin Emergency Group at the Denton branch.
Visitation will be Wednesday, January 20, 2016 from 5:30 – 7:30 P.M. at DeBerry Funeral Directors. Funeral service will be Thursday, January 21, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at First Baptist Church of Denton with Pastor Kenneth Wells, Lewisville Fire Department Chaplin officiating. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Park.
Tina is survived by her husband Roger; a brother, Darrell Wainwright, of Satellite Beach, Florida; two daughters, Amanda Atkins and Jennifer Monschke, son-in-law Jarett Monschke, and three grandchildren, Lillian, Castin, and Braylin all of Denton; step-children Roger Dale McCurley and Allyson McCurley of Denton; mother and father-in-law James and Patsy McCurley of Sanger. Tina was preceded in death by her parents Clinton and Lillian Wainwright. She was loved and will be missed by many extended family members and lifelong friends.
