Tommie L. Walden, 84, of Denton, Texas passed away on March 28, 2017 in Denton, Texas surrounded by family. He was born on February 16, 1933 in Denton, Texas to Sylvester and Bessie Walker Walden.

Tommie is survived by three daughters, Beverly Lefler of Tyler, Doreen Johnson, Sherry Turnage both of Denton, son, Leonard Walden of Gainesville, brother, James Walden of Corinth, several grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents and wife, one daughter and two brothers.

Visitation will be held on Thursday March 30, 2017 from 6-8 P.M. at DeBerry Funeral Directors. A graveside service will be held on March 31, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Little Elm Cemetery in Little Elm, Texas.
