Tommy Duy Phan, 56, of Farmers Branch, passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2013. He was born on February 24, 1957 in Vietnam to Be Van Phan and Thanh Bui. He was married to Anh Nguyen.
A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 from 5-7 pm at DeBerry Funeral Directors.
Tommy is survived by his wife, Anh; daughter, Kimberly Phan; son, Cardin Phan; parents, Be Van Pahn and Thanh Bui; sisters, Lien, Hien, and Thuy Phan; and brothers, Linh and Phong Phan.
