Trina Renae Munoz, 43 of Denton passed away on August 22, 2017 in Plano, Texas. She was born on March 13, 1974 in Millington, Tennessee to Herschel Byrum Boyd Jr. and Nancy Carol (Greathouse) Boyd.

Trina was a good loving mother. Her daughter meant everything to her. We were all very lucky to share our lives with her. She was a loyal friend and family was always very important to her. In her daughter's words, she was "nice, brave, funny, strong, and THE BEST and I hope you will miss her and love her as much as I do."

Her last words to her daughter were " I love you".

Trina is survived by her daughter, Summer Munoz, ex-husband, David Munoz, father, Herschel Boyd, sister, Wendy Boyd , brother, Barry Boyd and nieces Holly Munoz, Stormi Munoz and Scarlet Sprague.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Carol Boyd.

Visitation will be Monday August 28, 2017 from 6-8 P.M. Funeral service will be Tuesday August 29, 2017 at 2:00 P.M., both will be held at DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton, Texas. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
