Obituary
Valerie E. Tabor, 82, died at her home in Denton, TX on Saturday, April 13, 2013 after a 16-month battle with lung cancer. She was born in Hartford, CT on August 13, 1930. She is a faithful member of St. Mark Catholic Church in Denton and a member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Court of Salve Regina #2611. She is remembered for her loving heart, bright smile, bear hugs, and sparkling eyes.
She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, John and Linda Tabor of Manchester, CT and two sisters Elsie Tabor of Denton, TX and Margaretta (Peggy) Tabor of San Leandro, CA. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Valentina Tabor and one sister, Cynthia Bonaccorsi.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 12:30 PM on Saturday, April 27 at St. Mark Catholic Church, 2800 Pennsylvania Avenue, Denton TX 76205.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the St. Mark Catholic Church Building Fund at the address above.
