Obituary
Vela V. Traylor, 85, of Denton, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2012. She was born on October 10, 1926 in Mabank, TX to Luther Perry Robertson, Sr. and Sara Alice Tanner Robertson. She married Eddie Traylor, who has preceded her in death.
A funeral service will be on Monday, October 1, 2012 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors with Rev. Randy Snow officiating. Burial will follow at Cooper Creek Cemetery.
Vela is survived by her daughters, Charlie Palmer, Sandy Bandy, and Linda Butler; son, Richard Whisenhunt; sister, Edith Louise Terry; brothers, Franklin Robertson; 9 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and brothers, Warren, Olen, Desmond, L.P., and Mack Robertson.
