Vera Fay Taylor, 93, of Denton, Texas passed away on January 2, 2018 in Denton, Texas. She was born on June 27, 1924 in Clay County to J.C. Dillard and Mary Lila (Potts) Dillard. She married the love of her life L.E. Taylor in Denton County. She was a member of the Denton Garden Club.

Vera is survived by her sons, Don Taylor and wife Patricia, Gene Taylor and wife Sandy, twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild.

She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, L.E. Taylor.

Family will receive friend on Friday, January 12, 2018 from 6-8 P.M. Funeral services will be on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. both will be held at DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton, Texas. Interment will follow at Chinn Chapel in Copper Canyon.
