Victoria Pinacate Olalo, 91 of Denton, passed away September 9, 2024, at home surrounded by her family. She was born in Batac, Ilocos Norte, Philippines on December 16, 1932, to Gregorio Inocencio Pinacate and Romana Paraoan Caluya.

Victoria retired from Denton Regional Hospital, now Medical City of Denton Hospital, where she was employed for 10 years in environmental services. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Corinth. She lived a long and honorable life, loving God above all things. Her goal in her life was to be sure her eight children finished their education degrees. She enjoyed sewing, singing and dancing but most of all taking care of her grandchildren.

The family will be at DeBerry Funeral Directors on Thursday, September 12th, from 1-2:00 p.m. to receive visitors. A funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors, with a brief visitation to follow until 4:00 p.m.

Victoria is survived by her daughters, Merly Hunter, Mary Vick Aguinaldo, Fe Gariando, Myra Guab, son, Reymel Olalo, sister, Gloria Bradshaw, and brother, Wilfredo Pinacate. Victoria also leaves behind 13 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
