Wanda Jean Arnott, 86, of Denton passed away on November 16, 2018.  Born February 4, 1932, in Altus, Oklahoma to Berlyn Cross and Ola Mae (Nation) Cross.  Jean married Howard J. Arnott in 1950 and devoted her life to raising her four children.

Jean's life was filled with love for her husband and family.  She always had a beautiful smile for everyone and was known for her kind and loving personality.

She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Howard Arnott, her four children, son John Arnott (wife Elizabeth), three daughters, Catherine Arnott-Thornton (husband David), Susan Garrett (husband David), and Virginia Scott (husband Craig).  She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren, James Arnott (wife Laura), Steven Arnott, Brittany Dansereau (husband David), Alex Scott, Kelly Garrett, John (Jack) Arnott, Austin Scott, Mary Catherine Arnott, Olivia Arnott, Andrew Garrett, Joshua Scott, Elvira Scott and Artur Scott and two great-grandchildren, Rose Dansereau and Leonardo Dansereau.

Jean will be laid to rest at the D/FW National Cemetery on Friday, November 23, 2018, at 11:15 A.M.  A Celebration of Life will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel, 3100 Town Center Trail, Denton, TX, on Friday, November 23, 2018, from 1:30 – 4:00 P.M.
